I recently integrated the Blog Designer PRO plugin into a new WordPress site running on the Genesis framework. Overall I am very pleased with the ease of customization. I did run into a few minor issues for which I opened a support ticket. The product manager who I worked with was very helpful and responsive. The issues were quickly resolved and he even took one of my requirements into consideration for an upcoming release. Overall very pleased.

The support team stayed focused in my issue through thick and thin. Turns out it was unrelated to this product but they helped with the fix anyway. I’m very pleased.
